Updates are performed monthly or as needed, depending on the maintenance package you choose. However, the processing and updating of your data is done in real time.

There are different ways to bring our solution to you. In addition to installing the hardware at your location, you can decide whether we manage the solution in a secure cloud, install an edge at your location or you manage the solution on-premise. There are advantages and disadvantages to each variant. Please feel free to contact us.

Of course. The employees responsible for you will coordinate with you for each maintenance. If a date is postponed on your side, discuss this directly with this employee.
